Shipping policy
Stock
We bulk warehouse all stock advertised on our site; therefore orders will be sent out within 24 hours from date of order, weekends and public holidays excluded. The company always maintains realistic inventory levels, but delays beyond the company’s control, e.g. customs delays do happen. Should an out of stock situation arise, the company will communicate with the stockist as soon as possible. The “out of stock” products on the order will be placed on back order and will be delivered as soon as the stock becomes available.
Orders & Deliveries
Once your order has been placed and payment has cleared, your order will be processed within 24 hours, and we will arrange with our courier partner to collect your order and to deliver your purchased items to the place and person of your choice.
Deliveries can take up to 5 to 7 business days.
The company’s office hours are Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00. We are closed on weekends and public holidays.
Receipt of Order
Upon delivery, please inspect the contents of the parcel to determine whether any item or items included in the parcel is incorrect, defective, or damaged. Any wrong items, defects or damages the recipient claims existed at the time of delivery, should be reported in writing to the company within 24 hours after delivery of the parcel.
Should the recipient have received any damaged or dented parcels from the courier, it is very important that it is clearly noted on the waybill / delivery note that the box or parcel is damaged. Failure to do so, will void any claims the recipient may have.
In the case of a damaged or dented delivery, the recipient should inspect the contents of the parcel as soon as possible to determine whether any item or items included in the parcel was damaged. If there were any damages to the contents of the parcel, the recipient should take a photo of said damages and email it to info@fransolet.co.za.
Upon receipt of a report of any incorrect, defective, or damaged products, the company will investigate and give feedback as to a resolution within 7 - 10 business days.
Confirmation of Delivery
When we received notification from the courier that your parcel has been delivered. Unless notice from the recipient has been received within 24 hours after receiving the parcel, it will be assumed that everything was received in good order and that you are satisfied. The company are not responsible for any losses or unauthorized use of a product, after it has been delivered to the physical address nominated by you, or the physical address on the invoice you paid, for the delivery of the order.
Tracking of your order
Once your order has been dispatched, we track your delivery until we received confirmation from the courier that the order has been delivered.
International Shipping
At this stage, we only deliver orders within South Africa. Should you not reside within South Africa, and would like to purchase some of our products, please get in touch via email at info@fransolet.co.za.
Change of Address / Correct Delivery Addresses
We, unfortunately, cannot redirect your purchase once it has been dispatched, so please ensure that the address entered is the correct address.
Delivery Time Frames
Delivery periods are calculated based on business days only. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not taken into account in calculating delivery periods. For, example, if you order something over the weekend or on a public holiday, the delivery period will only start running on the next business day.
Estimated delivery time frames as an indication only:
- Gauteng 1-2 business days after receipt of paid order
- Cape Town, Durban & other main cities 2-3 business days after receipt of paid order
- Outlying areas 4-5 business days after receipt of paid order
*Please note that weekends and public holidays are excluded from above time frames.
Should there be any delays with receiving your parcel, please contact us on info@fransolet.co.za with your order number.
If products with different delivery times are ordered together, the product with the longest delivery time will determine the delivery time of all the products in the order.
If you want to order various products where some have a shorter delivery time than others, we advise that you order such products separately from the products requiring longer delivery times.
Delivery Delays / Out of Stock
The company makes every effort to ensure that the information supplied on the Website is accurate and current. Where delays and out of stock situations occur, every reasonable effort will be made to inform you.
Although all products advertised, are kept on our premises, in some instances, delivery may take longer to be delivered than other items in store. Should we anticipate delays with your order which exceed our usual delivery time frame we will be sure to keep you well-informed.
Returns / Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, the company has a strict “No Return and No Refund Policy”, unless the incorrect, a defective or damaged product has been received. Weekend and Public Holiday Orders
Orders made on a weekend or public holiday, will only be processed on the first business day after the weekend, subject to cleared payment.
